If you ever want to build a house in Costa Rica in the San Ramon area, Juan Carlos is the one!!! He knows all the suppliers and artisans, and is hands on from start to finish. He has a great crew of workers, some of whom have been with him for ten years, and they are FAST!!! Started our construction on October 13th and they're already putting up the walls!!! We've seen many homes that he's built in the area and spoken to the homeowners, and nobody has a negative thing to say about their experience.

Juan Carlos Rodriguez T. is an engineer and builder. We worked with him when we moved here seven years ago. I have a construction background, and was very impressed with him. He is very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Though the years, we’ve recommended him without reservation to folks. He’s fixed problems that people had with homes built by other builders, as well as designed and constructed several homes. He understands that North Americans expect a higher level of professionalism than is usually found here. He keeps his word, keeps on schedule, shows up on time, stays on budget, and as a bonus, speaks excellent English. He’s very low key and self-effacing, absolutely not a salesman. If you want a good builder to design and/or build your home, he’s your man.
